Terms of Service

1. What ReplyOn Does

ReplyOn generates AI-powered replies for posts on X (Twitter). You can use it through a Chrome extension (manual and auto-reply modes) or a Telegram bot (server-side campaigns). ReplyOn is a tool — you are responsible for the content you post using it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReplyOn. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your authentication token and connected accounts secure.
• Do not share your bot token or extension session with others.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person or entity per account. Account sharing is not allowed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReplyOn to:

• Violate X (Twitter) Terms of Service or any applicable law
• Generate spam, harassment, hate speech, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice or refund.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed in the Telegram bot.
• Payments are processed by Telegram Stars (card) or CryptoBot (crypto).
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire.
• Monthly reply limits reset on each billing cycle. Unused monthly replies do not carry over.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Telegram bot. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Remaining credit balance stays available after cancellation.

7. Twitter Account Safety

ReplyOn uses fingerprinting, rate limiting, and randomized delays to protect your Twitter accounts. However, automated engagement carries inherent risk. We do not guarantee that your account will not be restricted or suspended by X (Twitter). You use the Service at your own risk.

8. AI-Generated Content

• Replies are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing replies before posting.
• In auto-reply mode, replies are posted automatically. Use targeting filters and review settings carefully.
• ReplyOn is not liable for any consequences of content posted through the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages (X API, AI providers) may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

ReplyOn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to Twitter account restrictions, lost followers, or missed engagement.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the Telegram bot.
