Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ReplyOn. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work.

Subscriptions

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund if you have used fewer than 20 replies on the current billing cycle. Contact us and we will process the refund immediately.
  • After 48 hours: No refund for the current period, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Telegram Stars payments: Refunds for Star-based subscriptions are processed through Telegram's refund system. Refunded Stars are returned to your Telegram balance.

Credit Packs

  • Unused credits: If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits from it, we can issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partially used: No refund for credit packs where credits have already been consumed.

Crypto Payments

Cryptocurrency payments processed through CryptoBot can be refunded in crypto to the same wallet, or as credits added to your ReplyOn balance. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

When We Cannot Refund

  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Subscriptions where a significant portion of monthly replies have been used
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Issues caused by X (Twitter) account restrictions unrelated to ReplyOn

Service Issues

If ReplyOn experienced extended downtime or a technical issue that prevented you from using your subscription, contact us. We will either extend your subscription at no cost or issue a partial refund for the affected period.
